Here’s what we’re doing at My Neighbours the Dumplings to make sure both our staff and customers are in a safe environment:
We’ve moved from a mostly ‘walk in’ restaurant to majority bookings. We’ll still keep a few tables available for walk ins, but this way there will be no one waiting for a table inside the restaurant, all customers will be seated.
Taking temperatures of all our staff when they arrive for work.
We’ve installed hand washing and sanitising facilities in both restaurants to allow both staff and customers to wash their hands more frequently.
Handles, screens, toilets etc will be sanitised regularly. Both restaurants have had work done to allow us to clean all surfaces more easily.
We’ve spaced out the seating in both restaurants to comply with the 1m plus rule. Some of these tables are still shared, however we’ve designed and made our own beautifully coloured screens to separate all tables.
As always we’re using our paper menus with our tick system for ordering which are single use per table. We’ve now squeezed our drinks menu on to the back of these menus, also tick system, so if you need any more info on drinks or food please do ask our staff who will be happy to help.
We’re reducing the number of items on the tables to allow us to sanitise everything thoroughly before resitting the table.
All our Front of House staff wear face coverings or visors to protect customers as we bring your food and clear your plates etc.
What we ask of you
Please do wash or sanitise your hands on entering the restaurant.
Please be aware of others personal space by keeping at least 1m distance wherever possible.
Please keep your face covering on whenever you're not sat at the table.
Please don't come to eat with us if you're feeling unwell at all or have any symptoms - just let us know in advance if you have a table booked.
